Multiple Users...location of database

I am now expanding use to others in the company.  A group of people need to work off of the same custom field definitions and database. I do not see the location to define a shared database.  What is that setting?

RTT:
Configure and keep running the web interface web server at the "server" PC. Users can access the standard or advanced client interfaces, using any web browser. Clients can also have a local PDF Explorer instance and access the remote DB using the DBRemote scan mode.
