disable checking for updates

We wish to package the PDF ShellTools for site-wide deployment.
Ordinary users will not be able to actually install or update the software.
Is there therefore a way to disable (i.e. make invisible or something like that) the checking for updates tab in in the PDF ShellTools Manager?

RTT:
No with the current version, but now that I know that it may be useful I'm going to add that possibility to the next release.
Even so, you can always block the PDF-ShellTools Manager Internet access at the firewall level.
