Cannot preview the scanned image

Hi RTT

its me again. The tool could not preview the PDF created from scanned image. Attached the files and screen dumps for your action.

Your sample file renders without apparent problem here.
From the program preferences, "PDF to image" category, click the "Test it" button, while maintaining pressed the CTRL key. You can now unpress the CTRL key and browse for, and select, that PDF. Check if any error message shows up in the command line window, and/or if, after pressing any key to close that command line window, the first page image is shown.
