Title: Is it a PDF Reader also?

Besides being PDF Explorer .. is this program also a PDF file Reader?

So i can read PDFs with it.. or even from Internet Explorer click on PDF files and be able to open them with PDF Explorer?

No :( It can also render managed PDFs internally but always using external plugins, like AcrobatReader, FoxitReader or BravaReader.
The main goal of the program is the management (index metadata and text content to later quick find a subject related PDF) and automation of PDF files (text and images extraction, split, merge and insert pages, add watermarks, file attachments, password protect, set open options, rotate pages, anonymize and may more operation. Provide also a web interface to remotely access/consult the indexed PDF files using only a web browser.
But give it a try and discover by yourself what it can do for you. ;)
