Currently, I have 1.5.0.61 p3 and tried to update to '62' but the old installation password did not work, neither did I receive one in the e-mail. When I sent a request to http://www.rttsoftware.com it bounced back as invalid address. Can you help me? Thanks.

What exactly email address you used that bounced back?!
You should make your request to the support email address, that you can get from the program about box, menu Help>About.

I was using the e-mail address with which you sent me the previous password: 'pdfe' followed by your domain name.

If you still have that email bounced back error message, I would like to know it.
Anyway, I've already resent, to your registered email address, the last version release notification email. I hope you received it this time.
