Title: Sound files?
Post by: CheyenneDonna on January 04, 2011, 12:30:30 AM
I made a test PDF presentation with a sound file but get no sound when I play the file. Any ideas?

What PDF reader are you using? To my knowledge, only Acrobat and Acrobat Reader are totally compatible with the presentations produced by the PDFrizator. As example, the Foxit Reader will play the music, but will not show the page transitions.
If you are using Acrobat already, check under the Acrobat preferences, menu Edit>Preferences, how you have the "Multimedia" and "Multimedia Trust" settings.
And if you want, you can mail me a sample presentation, so I can check if something is wrong with the produced PDF itself.

Thank you! I had to change a setting and mark it trust this document at open, but it worked. This is a great tool for school, thank you.
