Title: save PDF while PDF explorer is open

Seems to be a conflict when trying to save a PDF file while PDF explorer is open even if this file is not marked or open in PDF explorer. It is just showing on the list but not selected. Any solution?

You have to explain this a little bit better.
You are saving the file from where?
That file was previously, the save operation, opened in the PDF Explorer PDF View?
If yes, this can happen if the PDF file continues open on that view so if you want to change it from an external program you need to change to another PDF in the Internal Viewer.

Thanks. Selected Acrobat as internal viewer and this seems to have solved the problem.
Problem occured when I opened PDF file in Acrobat from PDF Explorer - made a change and tried to save from Acrobat.
