Title: Possible to scan ISBN and update metadata automatically?

Hi all,

I just wonder if it is possible to scan ISBN and update metadata automatically from the information gathered in the internet?  I know PDFE could do this manually, but can I do it automatically?

Hi Jason,

I made already some work to test the feasibility of this "Fetch metadata" tool, gathering metadata from the Google books and isbndb.com services, and looks promising.
Not ready yet to go out with the new build 59, but for sure will go out with the next.
If someone know more online services with such functionality, with API that can be used to extended this list of possible metadata sources, I'm all ears.
