Title: Delete Pages

Is it possible to add a "delete pages" function to Shell Tools?
Say you want to delete one page from a 20 page PDF, rather than having to extract all the pages you want to keep.

Hi Luke,

Has you pointed out, deleting pages is already possible using the split and merge tools. But I agree with you, much more easy, and intuitive, if a dedicated interface provided. Now scheduled for next version. ;)
